Item Description

Dell PowerConnect 5224 24-Port 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet Network Managed Switch 3N359. The PowerConnect 5224 incorporates 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports in a 1U form factor capable of wire-speed switching throughput with a total switching capacity of up to 48 Gigabits/second. The 24 ports are built-out as 10/100/1000BaseT ports, and four of these ports can accommodate optional 1000BaseSX and 1000BaseLX transceivers to support fibre media. The PowerConnect 5224 is an ideal switch for data centre connectivity, Layer 2 traffic aggregation and emerging Gigabit Ethernet client connectivity.
