Unit has a bad battery! The laptop will work when plugged into an outlet. The LCD has a scuff in the middle from the keyboard, there is a 3" long 1px line on the middle right of the screen & a smaller dead pixel near the bottom right, and there is a small crack in the LCD near the top right corner. Please see pictures below for more info.
