Cisco-Linksys NAS200 Network Storage System
with 2 Bays. The NAS200 from Linksys is a dual bay, one touch storage device for
your network. Just push the button and the NAS200 scans your network for
important files and backs them up into the appropriate folders. data back-up
software makes it an easy task, now you have no excuse. The dual bays each
accept an SATA hard drive. You can configure the NAS200 to see the drives
individually or as a single drive in JBOD mode. For faster performance, RAID 0
stripes the data across both drives. RAID 1 provides the ultimate in security by
mirroring the data on both drives. If that isn't enough capacity then you can
add extra drives to the two USB 2.0 ports. Access the data on the drives from
anywhere through a web browser or FTP client. You can make the files public or
create accounts that the authorized users have to log into. Either way your data
is available quickly through the Fast Ethernet connection.
